Do I need to Register?

If your home screen looks like this:

then you need to register. Most of the functions of the software will not work without registration. Your cable should have come with a card that has your registration key printed on it.

If you don't have the registration card, see the section below on a lost key.

Entering your registration key

Click on Help -> Enter Registration Key

Carefully type in the key, paying attention to the difference between O (the letter) and 0 (the number).

Click on the OK button. If the OK button is still grayed out, this means that you made an error entering the key. Check the key against what you entered and fix any errors.

Your software should now be registered. You will not see the red UNREGISTERED on the main screen, and if you go to Help -> About, you will see your registration key.

What if I lose my cable?

The key is unique to the cable we sent to you. If you lose the cable, you lose the key and the license to use the software. You must repurchase the package.

Can I install this on multiple computers?

Yes. You can install this software on as many computers as you want, and you can use is on as many engines as you want. You can use the same key on multiple computers. You must always use the same cable.

What if I lose my Key?

In the Registration screen there is a link to request a key online. You must have your cable plugged in to a USB port and be connected to the internet for this to work.

A form will pop up in your browser with the key request.

Fill it out and submit. We will receive the information and check our order database to be sure you have purchased the software, then if all checks out, we will send a replacement key via email.
